Creative Problem Solving
The Purpose:
Sometimes it's not enough to rely on moments of inspiration to fall into your lap. You have to be intentional in nurturing the conditions for creativity to thrive.
Our Creative Problem Solving Sprint does just that.
Delivered to teams of 8-20, we'll help you build your creative solution in break-neck speed.
"When the sheer volume of work and pressure increases, taking time out to be creative can feel a little too much like a luxury, far removed from the conveyor belt of production."
Whether you’re in the midst of it and have hit a wall
OR
It’s something on the horizon that you know you need to get right
OR
More generally, it’s an unhealthy trend that you’ve noticed with your team
…we can help, now.
The Impact and Outcomes for your Team
It takes discipline and technique to get off the conveyor belt of busy doing and open our organisations up to creative flow. That’s what this workshop does for you.
Roughly 75% of people feel that they’re not living up to their creative potential.
In a survey conducted by the World Economic Forum, 90% of business leaders emphasised the importance of creativity in maintaining competitiveness in today’s market. However, in the US and UK, 80% of people said that they felt a greater pressure to be productive rather than creative at work.
Our workshop tackles the inherent problem in this snapshot of stats, providing the safe space, clarity of intent and technique to stay creative moving forward.
Intent
It’s not enough to rely on moments of inspiration when creativity is such a key part of your day-to-day job. We’ll share techniques on how to approach creative tasks with intent nurturing safety, a sense of play and high quality presence.
Working techniques
We’ll use a series of timed “sprint” exercises to take the pressure out of ideation, keep the energy high and cut out meandering, unstructured debate.
How to “Get, hold and change” audiences:
Our “Speakers’ Arc” is an exceptional tool for structuring compelling stories that leave an impact with audiences. This is an important skill to have when looking to get buy-in to new ideas internally and externally.
