The problem
Siloed teams with a lack of communication and idea sharing which stunted innovation and growth.
The Cause
From our root cause analysis, we discovered that the teams were characterised by a number of introverted, technical experts. They were apathetic and lacked confidence to speak up and collaborate.
The Solution
We used individual deep-dive coaching to embed our “Speak, Listen: Act” Philosophy.. This connected people and their values to the business’s purpose. We explored the behavioural science behind exceptional communication and used public speaking as a tool to build confidence. The work culminated with a Team Away Day to increase connection, stimulate creativity and encourage collaboration.
