Exceptional leadership is at the heart of every great organisation and today’s leaders have a duty to encourage, support and nurture the leaders of tomorrow.

Our coaching will support you to understand your personal values and how these will influence your leadership style. We’ll also hold you to account in finding your own solutions to the challenges you face in your workplace.

A Few words on David:
David is an experienced senior leader. Following a long and successful military career, he’s worked as an interim executive, a senior civil servant, a director in the 3rd sector and an Independent Veterans adviser to UK government ministers at the cabinet office.

His leadership experience covers a wide range of sectors and environments at the highest level and he’s highly motivated by helping others - you - to succeed.

Leadership can be tough and David’s coaching will:

  • Support you to understand your personal values and how these will influence your leadership style.

  • Develop the skills of self reflection and self management beyond the programme - key leadership competencies.

  • Set independent tasks to complete outside of the coaching sessions, actioning the learning right away.

  • Provide bespoke reading recommendations based on your specific needs.

  • Help you to find your own solutions to the challenges you face in your workplace.

  • Challenge you to be the best leader you can be and hold you to account.

How it works:

Dive Deep (2 sessions)

You’ll take a deep-dive into your challenges in a safe space and work out your key objectives for the next 6 months together. This work is crucial in building the right understanding and trust to take the next steps. You’ll explore your fundamental values and key drivers, underpinning the type of leader that you want to be.

Build the plan (2 sessions)

From the understanding built in the deep dive sessions, together you’ll build out a plan of action to meet your development needs. This plan will include clear, habit building actions and will hold you accountable.

Make it happen (2 sessions)

Once the plan has been built, you won’t be left high and dry. David will support you in its execution, making adjustments if necessary, providing guidance and candid feedback. This is also an opportunity to work out any agreed follow up contact and support depending on your specific needs.
